New Feature: How to Switch Between Multiple Platforms in the Admin Portal

Overview

If your team manages more than one platform, you can switch between them seamlessly using a simple dropdown menu in the Admin Portal.


Why It Matters

Previously, users had to log out and re-enter their credentials every time they needed to view a different platform.

Now, it’s fast and effortless to:

  • Support multiple platforms from one login

  • View data, patients, and settings across platforms

  • Train and onboard new users efficiently


How to Switch Platforms

  1. Log into your admin portal

    1. You must now log in using the email address registered to your account. Your previous usernames will no longer be supported.

  2. In the top navigation bar, click the Platform dropdown

  3. Select the platform you want to view

  4. You’ll be instantly switched to that platform, no logout required

Note: You must be granted access to more than one platform by your Admin. If you only have access to one platform, the dropdown will not appear.

A user’s roles, settings and platform access are now specific to the platform they are accessing and can be managed by other staff members.


FAQs

Q: I don’t see the dropdown, what should I do?

A: You’ll only see the platform switcher if your account is assigned to more than one platform. Ask your Admin to verify your access and ensure the same email address is used across all accounts that you are associated with.
