Overview
Every patient who completes the Ageless AI experience is automatically assigned a lead score. The score reflects how deeply they engaged — how long they spent, how many treatments they explored, whether they adjusted results, and whether they took actions that signal booking intent.
You'll see scores in two places: Ageless Contacts, where scores drive prioritization and grouping, and the individual contact detail page, where you can see the specific behaviors that produced the score.
Why This Matters
Not all leads deserve the same attention. A patient who spent 11 minutes exploring five treatments and adjusted their filler results three times is fundamentally different from someone who clicked through in 90 seconds and left. Treating them the same wastes your staff's time on low-probability contacts and delays outreach to the patients most likely to book.
Extra High and High leads convert at 64–72%. Low leads convert at 5%. Lead scoring makes that difference visible before your staff picks up the phone.
The score tells you what to say. A patient who visualized jawline filler and adjusted the result three times has told you exactly what they want. That's not a cold call — it's a continuation of a conversation they already started.
Scores update in real time. As patients engage with follow-up outreach — opening messages, clicking links, replying — their score can move up. A medium lead today can become a high lead tomorrow.
How a Score Is Calculated
The score is built from four factors, each reflecting a different dimension of patient engagement and intent.
Engagement Depth
How the patient interacted with the experience — not just whether they completed it, but how much they explored and adjusted.
Time Spent
How long the patient spent in the Ageless AI flow. More time indicates genuine interest, not a casual click-through.
Treatments Explored
The number of distinct treatments the patient visualized. Exploring multiple treatments signals broader interest and higher potential visit value.
Intent Signals
Explicit actions that indicate the patient is moving toward booking: requesting a consultation, replying to outreach, or opening multiple follow-up messages.
Demographic Data
Enriched profile data — estimated income, job title, and employment status — factors into the score as a qualification signal. A patient with higher estimated income and stable employment scores higher because they're more likely to convert and spend.
Reading a Contact Detail Page
The individual contact detail page shows you the data behind the score. When you open a lead in Ageless Contacts, you're not just seeing a number — you're seeing exactly what that patient did and what they're interested in.
The detail page tells you three things before you make contact:
what the patient wants
whether they can afford it
how serious they are.
Scoring Tiers
Tier | Rating | What It Means |
Extra High | ★★★★★ | Deep engagement. Consultation requested. |
High | ★★★★ | Highly engaged. Spent significant time, explored treatments, likely comparing options before committing. |
Medium | ★★★ | Completed the experience with moderate engagement. Interested but earlier in the decision process. |
Low | ★★ | Minimal interaction. Browsing or exploring without strong treatment focus. |
How to Act on Each Tier
Extra High
Call the same day — ideally within a few hours of their session. Reference the specific treatments they explored. These patients have already made an emotional decision; your job is to confirm availability and lock in the appointment.
High
Call within 24 hours. These patients are engaged but still evaluating. A personal call that references what they visualized — and answers likely questions about that treatment — closes the gap between interest and booking.
Medium
Let Ageless AI's automated outreach run first. If the patient hasn't engaged after the automated sequence, a personal follow-up referencing their visualization can re-open the conversation. Monitor for score increases as they engage with follow-up messages.
Low
Let Ageless AI's automated outreach run first. Low-tier leads are early-stage browsers. Monitor for score increases as they engage with follow-up messages.
FAQs
Can I manually change a patient's score?
No. Scores are fully automated and based on patient behavior and demographic information only. This ensures every lead is evaluated consistently, without human bias toward or against any contact.
What does "adjusted treatments" mean on the contact detail page?
During the Ageless AI experience, patients can modify the intensity or type of treatment in their visualization — for example, increasing filler volume or switching from one treatment to another. Each adjustment indicates an active decision-making process, not passive viewing. A patient who adjusted results multiple times has a strong, specific preference already formed. That's valuable context before you make contact.
Where do the demographic details on the contact page come from?
Demographic data — estimated income, employment, household information — is automatically enriched from third-party data sources when a patient completes the Ageless AI experience. Your staff does not enter this manually.
