Overview
In-clinic mode is a version of your Ageless experience designed for patients who are already at your practice. They still get the full visualization flow — photo capture, transformations, treatment recommendations, and sharing — but without "Book a consultation" prompts or the booking modal.
This keeps the focus on discovery and conversation with your team, not on scheduling while they are sitting in your office.
Why use it?
Waiting room Turn idle wait time into discovery time. Patients can explore treatments they had not considered, on their own photo, in about 30 seconds.
Front desk Hand a patient your in-clinic link on a tablet or phone, or walk them through it during a consult. When they ask "What would it actually look like on me?", Ageless becomes a closing tool that shows personalized outcomes on their face or body.
Higher-value visits Patients who preview results in-clinic often arrive at their consultation already excited about specific treatments — which can shorten consult time and improve close rates.
What patients see
In-clinic mode gives patients the same full Ageless experience — photo capture, transformations, results, and sharing — but without any prompts to book a consultation in the app. Lead capture and assessment data still flow into your dashboard normally; only the in-app booking CTAs are hidden.
How to set it up
You have two paths depending on how you are sharing Ageless in-office.
Option 1: Use your Ageless in-office print materials (recommended)
If you received in-office posters or rack cards from Ageless, you are already set up.
These print materials ship with your practice's Ageless link and in-clinic UTM tracking parameters already configured. Display the materials in your waiting room, treatment rooms, or front desk area and patients can scan the QR code to start.

Option 2: Create your own in-clinic link
For front-desk tablets, staff text messages, email signatures, or any touchpoint where you are sharing a link yourself, follow these steps.
Step 1 — Build a trackable link
In Admin, go to Ageless Marketing (or Ageless Home → Your Ageless Links).
Click Make a Trackable Link under the Ageless experience you want to share.
Complete the 3-step wizard:
Where are you posting this link? (in-clinic)
How are you sharing it? (e.g., Text/SMS)
Campaign name (e.g.,
waiting-room-tablet)Copy the generated link or create a QR code
Step 2 — Share it
Use your in-clinic link for:
QR codes on custom signage
Front-desk or waiting-room tablets (bookmark the URL)
Staff text messages to patients while they wait
In-room consultations on a shared device
Train your team
Every patient-facing team member should know when and how to invite patients to try Ageless in-clinic. In Admin, go to Ageless Marketing → Scripts tab for conversation scripts by scenario.
Waiting room — suggested line:
"While you wait — have you tried our visualization tool? It takes 30 seconds and shows exactly what different treatments could look like on you."
In-room consultation — suggested line:
"Here — let me show you what [treatment] would look like on you." [Open your in-clinic link on a tablet or have the patient scan your QR code.]

Track your results
Assessments started from in-clinic links appear in your Ageless Contacts and assessment list with the UTM parameters from the link.
Print materials: UTMs are pre-set on your Ageless posters and rack cards so you can see how many patients are scanning in-office.
Custom links: UTMs come from the trackable link wizard you built in Step 1.
You can view these metrics in your Ageless Home page under Campaign Performance.
FAQs
Will patients still become leads?
Yes. Full assessment and lead capture still run. Only booking CTAs are hidden.
What if a patient opens our regular website link instead?
They will see the standard experience, including booking options. That is expected — in-clinic mode only activates when the link includes the in-clinic parameters.
Can I use in-clinic mode for our wellness or combined flows?
Yes. Make a trackable link with any of your Ageless experience URLs — Aesthetics, Wellness, or Combined.
