Quenby's Aesthetic Medicine & Wellness Center is a high-touch, boutique-style medical spa where personalization is the brand. Patients have followed owner Quenby Ravenwood for over a decade — many since before she opened her own practice 10 years ago. In her own words, patients "pay more to come to us because they're going to get the best service."
When the practice planned its 10-year anniversary celebration, Quenby saw an opportunity to introduce Ageless in a way that fit that boutique identity: as a shared, in-person experience, not a passive digital tool.

The Activation
A branded Ageless booth on-site. Quenby designed a fully branded Ageless booth on-site at the anniversary party — red carpet, ring light, popup signage, and a private mini-studio setup that made the experience feel like a mini photoshoot rather than a scan.
Galderma rep closing in real time. She partnered with a Galderma rep who was stationed just outside the booth to walk patients through their results in real time, translate the recommendations into treatment packages, and close on the spot.
A $250 RepeatMD giveaway drove participation. To drive participation, every patient who completed the assessment during the event was entered to win a $250 RepeatMD cash prize. The party hosted well over 100 patients — the practice's most engaged, high-LTV community.
Why It Worked
Live guidance turned assessments into bookings. Having a Galderma rep on hand meant patients didn't leave the booth with just a result — they left with a personalized recommendation and a clear next step. Every assessment had the potential to close on the spot.
The event format matched the brand. Quenby's practice is built on personal, white-glove service. A curated in-person experience felt like an extension of that — not a break from it. Patients engaged because it felt like them, not a tech rollout.
The incentive drove volume without cheapening the moment. Entering patients into a $250 RepeatMD cash giveaway gave them a reason to try Ageless without making it feel transactional — and it kept the redemption inside the practice ecosystem.
Results
40 patients took the Ageless assessment on the night of the event.
6 patients booked consults directly from the event.
$19K in patient revenue generated from the activation.
Additional consults continued to trickle in the weeks that followed as patients referenced their assessment results.
Organic referrals came in through Quenby's network — including from local hairdressers who took the assessment at the party and later asked about specific treatments (like Sculptra) at follow-up visits.
"We set up an Ageless booth at our 10-year anniversary party — red carpet, ring light, private mini-studio, the whole thing. Around 40 patients took the assessment on the spot, 6 booked consults, and it generated $19K in revenue for the practice. It turned a celebration into one of the most effective sales moments we've had."

What's Next
Following an unexpected practice relocation, Quenby has kept the momentum going by placing the same Ageless signage in her new lobby — now running a monthly $250 giveaway for patients who complete the assessment. Patients are already engaging with Ageless unprompted while waiting for appointments, which she's using as a jumping-off point for her team to personally follow up rather than relying on automated outreach.
She's also exploring a cross-promotion with local salon partners — placing Ageless QR codes at hairdresser stations across her network to expand reach into a new patient base — and is a beta partner for Ageless's upcoming in-consult tool, which she sees as the next major unlock: using Ageless directly in the treatment room to visualize packages during patient consultations.
The takeaway: Ageless isn't just a digital top-of-funnel tool. In the hands of a personalized, community-driven practice, it becomes an in-person conversion engine — a way to bring assessments, recommendations, and closes into a single moment. Quenby's activation model is highly replicable for any practice with a strong patient community and an upcoming event, launch, or celebration to build around.
