This guide is designed to help you set up & strategically place your marketing prints in your practice to promote your rewards app and simplify the check-in process for your clients.
Print Materials Setup
A-Frame Foam Boards (2)
Your bundle includes two A-Frame Foam Boards, one for rewards and one for financing. Insert one board on each side of the included metal A-frame. Position the A-frame near the entrance of your business, either outside or inside, to effectively promote your offerings.
11x14 Posters (6)
Attach double-sided tape and hang these posters on the walls or on the back of the door in your treatment rooms to engage your clients with your selected messages.
10x8 Counter Signs (6)
These signs are designed for your reception desk, near the point of sale. Place them in the provided 10x8 frames and ensure they are positioned for optimal viewing by your patients. These materials are crucial for patient interaction, so make sure they are clearly visible. (Extra copies have been provided for replacement when needed.)
3.5x8.5 Affirm Rack Cards (150)
Use these rack cards to promote your practice's ability to finance treatments. Place them in waiting areas or hand them out at launch events to inform your clients about their financing options.

Sticker Pack (5 window clings, 5 counter stickers)
Use the window clings to promote your rewards and membership app near the front door. Place these stickers on the inside of the window facing outside. The counter stickers should be placed near your point of sale at the reception desk, complementing the counter signs for patient interaction. (Extra stickers have been provided for replacement when needed.)
