If you want the best results possible in your ReplyAssist outreach, you will want to use these features regularly.
As with anything in sales, you will not see the benefits right away, but you will see the benefits months down the road if you begin using these features now.

Feature 1: Scheduling a message (Scheduled Send)
In sales, the money is in the follow up. But in the past, the more follow ups you need to manually keep track of in your calendar and/or CRM, the messier it gets since there's more to manage. Lots of notifications. Lots of individual tasks to do each week. But now you can automate all of it.
Watch this 37-second video to see how to schedule a message + set a reminder!
Pro tip - as a way to make sure none of your prospects slip through the cracks, whenever you schedule a message to send on a future date, also create a reminder for 1-2 weeks after that scheduled message sends. This way, you are reminded by ReplyAssist to check-in on the conversation in case the prospect didn't reply back to your scheduled message and you can send them another message.
For example, let's say you schedule a message like, "Is now a better time to revisit our convo from a couple of months ago?" and you schedule it to send on July 15th at 2pm CST. Next, you would want to set a reminder on July 24th at 2pm CST to message them again in case they haven't responded yet to your scheduled message.
Key Notes:
Scheduled Send is available for regular LinkedIn and Sales Navigator Inbox conversations, not InMails or Open InMails.
If a user replies before a scheduled message is sent, all scheduled messages for that conversation will automatically be cancelled - ensuring you never send an outdated or unnecessary follow-up.
If a message fails to send as scheduled, youβll see an error in the Scheduled Messages panel. You can filter to view only failed messages and take action manually.
Feature 2: Reminders
As mentioned above, you should use message Reminders in tandem with the Scheduled Send feature.
Why?
Because even if you follow up with a prospect when they ask you to follow up, that does NOT mean that they will respond when you follow up. Sometimes you need to follow up 2-3 times to grab their attention.
Note - You can also easily reschedule or adjust an existing reminder by clicking the clock button again. Any changes are saved once you click Set Reminder.
Feature 3: Snooze
If a prospect isn't interested right now and you want to clean up your Inbox, you should use the Snooze feature to remove the conversation from your ReplyAssist Inbox (it'll be gone until whenever the Snoozed date is).
Pro Tip - imagine a prospect tells you that they want to schedule a meeting with you, but they're on vacation this week, so they want you to follow up with them next week once they're back home. You could say "Okay, I'll follow up!" and then Snooze the conversation until next week. This is how you gradually build a stronger pipeline of leads without trying to remember everyone you need to follow up with.
More on how Reminders and Snoozing work
Reminders keep conversations visible in your Inbox and trigger a notification when they are due, regardless of any incoming replies.
Snoozed Conversations temporarily hide from the Inbox and reappear at the selected time - but if a reply is received earlier, they come back immediately and the reminder is cleared.
Reminders and Snoozes are visually marked with a clock icon, and with colors indicating their status:
π’ Green β Reminder set for the future
π‘ Yellow β Due today
π΄ Red β Overdue
When due, conversations will move to the top of your Inbox until opened. Overdue Reminders are prioritized first, followed by those due now.
