If you would like to pause or cancel your subscription, please simply send an in-app chat message to your Reset Coach and we will immediately process your request. You have the option to cancel your subscription or pause your subscription for 12 weeks.

You an also cancel your subscription via email.

If you signed up directly in the iOS app (not via our website):

You can manage your subscription yourself in the Apple App Store.
