Reship accept envelopes and letters. However, please be advised that we do not notify you when regular mail is received. If you are expecting letters to arrive for you in our warehouse, we ask that you send us an email. Once we receive the email request, we will check the warehouse for any letters and assign them into your account.

Customer is required to sign the USPS FORMhttps://about.usps.com/forms/ps1583.pdf. so we can access your mail and assign it to your account. This form is a U.S. federal requirement for any shipment that uses the USPS. If this form isn't completed and returned, Reship will be unable to process any mail that has been selected to be shipped via USPS.
