There is a federal law requiring that freight forwarders must know what is contained in the packages that are being shipped out. It is a Reship policy to check all incoming packages for any contraband or prohibited items. It is impossible for us to forward a package without having opened it.

Our warehouse team will also provide a complimentary photograph of the label and how your contents were received in the package.
