Our team is happy to assist with splitting up your order into multiple shipments if needed. If you would like to split your order, simply reach out to our customer care team members or send us an email at customerservice@reship.com and we will facilitate this for you.
Our customer care team will submit a request to the warehouse for the package split. Once the split is completed, you will receive an email showing the new package(s) in your account. You can then proceed to check out and ship the multiple packages in your account.
