Packages coming from USPS are sometimes delayed. USPS scans orders as delivered before they get to the warehouse. This is usually the case if USPS tags the package as delivered to "PO Box or Individually picked up at postal facility". They do this due to the volume of packages so they are scanned and bundled up for bulk. It may take a few days up to a week before the package is actually delivered to the warehouse. Once delivered, it usually takes 24-48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) for it to be assigned to the customer's Reship account. The customer will then receive an email notification confirming that the package has been received into their account.
