Customers will likely have to pay duty on the value of the goods shipped to another country. Reship's contracts with carriers do not include clearance. This would be between the customer and the carrier. Reship.com does not handle or charge any fees that may be charged for clearance. Reship also has no control over duties/taxes calculated at the border.

Once the shipment reaches the country's customs office, the customer will be contacted by the shipping carrier to handle the necessary fees. They would also reach out to the customer if there is more information required for clearance.
