  2. Clear your browser's cache and cookies: Your web browser stores copies of pages you visit and other information in its "cache." Sometimes this stored information can cause login issues. Once you have deleted your cache and cookies, close and reopen your browser and try logging in again.

For Microsoft Edge, go to Settings and then scroll down until you see Clear Browsing Data > Choose What to Clear.

For Safari, you can use the top menu items and either choose Develop > Empty Caches, or Safari > Clear History.

For Firefox, open up Preferences and choose the Privacy & Security category. Look under the Cached Web Content heading and click on “Clear Now”. You can also click on “Clear all data” under Site Data and also “Clear all current history” under History.

For Chrome, visit Google’s Chrome help site.

  1. Switch Browser: If after following the steps above, you continue to have problems logging in, we recommend that you switch browsers or computers. That will help isolate the issue to a specific browser and computer setup. If you cannot log in from another browser or computer, then please contact the ReShip Customer Service for assistance.
