How to request package consolidation

Reship's consolidation service works by taking two or more of your packages in your account, and combining them into one package, to provide you with a lower shipping cost.

  1. Log onto your account.

  2. Under your profile section, click on “My Packages”. All of your orders will be listed there.

  3. Check the box next to each order that you would like to be included in the consolidation. Then, click on the blue “consolidate” button.

  4. You are now required to provide information about each of your packages included in the consolidation. Enter the item description, quantity, and value in the fields provided. Once all fields are filled out, click the “add item” button, then the “save and continue” button.

  5. Follow these steps for all orders that you have included, and once completed, click the “continue” button.

  6. You will now be asked if you would like to have your packages open and the excess packaging to be disposed of. This helps save on shipping costs.

  7. Once your preference is selected, all that is left to do is to click on the "confirm" button.

This will generate a request for our team to have your items consolidated into 1 package. Please allow 24-48 hours (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) for this request to be completed. Once your packages have been successfully consolidated, you will receive a notification email.

Note: The maximum weight in consolidating packages is up to 70 lbs only. When the package exceeds the total 70lbs mark, it will not allow you to proceed with the consolidation. This limit is in place to help protect consolidations from damage in transit.
