How to View Documents in the Resident App

The Resident App allows residents to access important documents related to their property, such as building guidelines, strata reports, and lease agreements. Follow these steps to view documents within the app.

Step 1: Open the Resident App

  • Ensure the Erin Living App is installed on your device.

  • Log in using your registered email and password.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Documents" Section

  • From the home screen, tap on “Help”.

  • Once in the "Help" section, search for “Documents” button

Step 3: Locate Your Document

  • Once inside the Documents section, you may see different folders or categories, such as:

    • Community - Building specific documents (Owner's Corporation Rules, Welcome Guides)

    • Home - Specific guides relevant to your home (Appliance Documentation, Spec Sheets for your home)

    • Personal - Documentation relevant to you (Lease Agreements, Condition Reports, Requested documents from the Owner's Corporation)

  • Tap on the relevant folder to browse available documents.

Step 4: Open a Document

  • Find the document you need and tap on it to open.

  • The document will either:

    • Open within the app (PDFs and images).

    • Prompt a download to your device.

Step 5: Save or Share a Document (Optional)

  • If allowed, you may have options to:

    • Download the document for offline access.

    • Share it via email or messaging apps.

    • Print if connected to a compatible printer.

Step 6: Contact Management for Assistance

  • If you can’t find a document, go to “Contact Manager” within the app to request access or clarification.

By following these steps, you can easily access and manage important property documents within the Resident App.
