The Resident App allows you to easily reach out to your building manager or concierge for assistance. Follow these steps to contact your manager through the app.
Step 1: Open the Resident App
Ensure the Erin Living App is installed on your device.
Log in using your registered email and password.
Step 2: Navigate to the "Contact Manager" Section
From the home screen, tap on “Help".
Select "Contact Manager"
Step 4: Start a Chat
Once you are in the messaging section of the app, simply select "Start a New Chat" and start typing in your message to the building manager.
Tap the send icon to submit your message.
Step 5: Check for a Response
Go to the Messages or Notifications section in the app to check for a reply.
If you don’t receive a response within a reasonable time, consider following up using a phone call or email.
By following these steps, you can quickly and efficiently contact your manager through the Resident App for any property-related enquiries.
