How to contact your Building Management via the Resident app

The Resident App allows you to easily reach out to your building manager or concierge for assistance. Follow these steps to contact your manager through the app.

Step 1: Open the Resident App

  • Ensure the Erin Living App is installed on your device.

  • Log in using your registered email and password.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Contact Manager" Section

  • From the home screen, tap on “Help".

  • Select "Contact Manager"

Step 4: Start a Chat

  • Once you are in the messaging section of the app, simply select "Start a New Chat" and start typing in your message to the building manager.

  • Tap the send icon to submit your message.

Step 5: Check for a Response

  • Go to the Messages or Notifications section in the app to check for a reply.

  • If you don’t receive a response within a reasonable time, consider following up using a phone call or email.

By following these steps, you can quickly and efficiently contact your manager through the Resident App for any property-related enquiries.
