The Resident App allows you to track all your past bookings, including completed and cancelled reservations. Follow these steps to find them:
Step 1: Open the Resident App
Ensure the Resident App is installed on your device.
Log in using your registered email and password.
Step 2: Access the Bookings Section
From the home screen, tap on “Bookings”.
Step 3: View Your Booking History
In your bookings page, you will see:
Completed Bookings – These are bookings that have been successfully used.
Cancelled Bookings – These are reservations that were cancelled by you or the system.
Step 5: Rebook or Get Support
If you need help with a past booking, please speak to your Building Manager or Owner's Corporation direct contact.
By following these steps, you can quickly access and view your completed and cancelled bookings in the Resident App.
