Using Parcel Lockers in the ResidentApp
1. Receiving a Parcel
When a parcel is delivered to a secure parcel locker, you will receive a notification via the Resident App.
The notification will include:
The locker number where your parcel is stored.
A unique access code or QR code to open the locker.
The deadline for collection (if applicable).
2. Collecting Your Parcel
Visit the designated parcel locker location in your building or community.
Open the Resident App and navigate to Parcel Lockers.
Select your delivery notification and tap "Unlock Locker".
Depending on your locker system, you may need to:
Enter the access code on the locker screen.
Scan the QR code at the locker terminal.
Once unlocked, retrieve your parcel and securely close the locker.
Managing Deliveries in the Resident App
1. Tracking Deliveries
Go to the "Deliveries" section in the Resident App.
View a list of recent and pending parcels, along with tracking updates.
2. Authorising Someone to Collect Your Parcel
If you can’t collect your parcel, you can share the access code with a trusted person via the Resident App.
Ensure they follow the same collection steps using the provided code.
3. Reporting Issues with a Parcel
If you experience any problems, such as:
A missing or incorrect delivery
A locker not opening
A damaged parcel
You can report the issue through the parcel locker company or the phone number registered on the parcel locker itself or via the delivery partner.
