Submitting Maintenance via the Resident App

Follow these steps to submit a maintenance request using the Resident App:

Step 1: Open the Resident App

  • Ensure you have the Resident App installed on your smartphone or tablet.

  • Log in using your registered email and password.

Step 2: Navigate to Maintenance Requests

  • From the home screen, tap on the “Maintenance” button at the bottom of the screen.

Step 3: Enter Maintenance Details

  • Select the + button and choose if it is apartment or building maintenance

  • Add in the location, place in a title and description in detail (e.g., "Leaking kitchen tap" or "Air conditioning not working").

  • Attach photos or videos if possible to help explain the issue.

  • Choose the urgency of the request (e.g., Emergency, Urgent, Routine).

  • Once all happy with the entered details, select lodge request

Step 4: Track the Status of Your Request

  • Go to the “Maintenance” section in the app to check the status of your request.

  • You may receive updates or be contacted if more details are needed.

If you experience issues lodging your request, contact the app support or your property manager for assistance.
