Follow these steps to submit a maintenance request using the Resident App:
Step 1: Open the Resident App
Ensure you have the Resident App installed on your smartphone or tablet.
Log in using your registered email and password.
Step 2: Navigate to Maintenance Requests
From the home screen, tap on the “Maintenance” button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 3: Enter Maintenance Details
Select the + button and choose if it is apartment or building maintenance
Add in the location, place in a title and description in detail (e.g., "Leaking kitchen tap" or "Air conditioning not working").
Attach photos or videos if possible to help explain the issue.
Choose the urgency of the request (e.g., Emergency, Urgent, Routine).
Once all happy with the entered details, select lodge request
Step 4: Track the Status of Your Request
Go to the “Maintenance” section in the app to check the status of your request.
You may receive updates or be contacted if more details are needed.
