To schedule a move using the Resident app, please follow these detailed steps:

  1. Log In:

    • Open the Resident app on your device and log in using your credentials.

  2. Navigate to Lift Booking:

    • Select the 'Lift Booking' button from the dashboard.

  3. Select Date and Time:

    • Choose your preferred move-in date and time from the available slots.

  4. Confirm Details:

    • Review all entered information to ensure accuracy.

  5. Submit Booking:

    • Finalise your move-in booking by submitting the request.

  6. Receive Confirmation:

    • Await a confirmation notification or email from your Building Manager regarding your booking.
