How to book an amenity in the Erin App

The Erin Living app is designed to enhance the resident experience by offering various features, including the ability to book amenities within your building.

To book an amenity using the Erin Living app, follow these detailed steps:

  1. Download and Install the App:

  2. Create an Account or Log In:

    • Open the app and simply log in with your existing credentials. If you do not have an account, you will need to register via the Resident's Registration Form.

  3. Navigate to the Amenity Booking Section:

    • Once logged in, select the 'Amenity' feature from the main menu or dashboard.

  4. Select the Desired Amenity:

    • Browse through the list of available amenities (e.g., rooftop area, gym, pool) and tap on the one you wish to book.

  5. Choose Date and Time:

    • A calendar view will then appear, use the provided calendar view and time slots to select your preferred booking period.

  6. Review Booking Details:

    • Check the booking summary for accuracy, including date, time, and any associated costs or terms. Agree to the Owner's Corporations / Building's terms and conditions, then tap 'Confirm' or 'Book Now' to finalise your reservation.

  7. Receive Confirmation:

    • After booking, you'll receive a confirmation notification or email.
