Adding & Viewing Building Documents

Adding building documentation is useful for both the residents and the building manager. It is a centralised document control hub and allows residents the ease of gaining access to documents on the spot.

Adding a document

  • To add a document, login to the platform using your username and password.

  • Select the Building Name on the left hand menu

  • Select Documents

  • Select Add Document and populate the name of the document, who this document is visible to.
    - If you choose To a Lot in the visibility field, only the apartments selected will be able to see that particular document.

  • Once the details have been filled out, you can simply select Save


Viewing a Document

  • To add a document, login to the platform using your username and password.

  • Select the Building Name on the left hand menu

  • Select Documents

  • Select the document you are wanting to view

  • You can also edit the visibility of the document or delete the document if it is no longer needed.
