Adding building documentation is useful for both the residents and the building manager. It is a centralised document control hub and allows residents the ease of gaining access to documents on the spot.
Adding a document
To add a document, login to the platform using your username and password.
Select the Building Name on the left hand menu
Select Documents
Select Add Document and populate the name of the document, who this document is visible to.
- If you choose To a Lot in the visibility field, only the apartments selected will be able to see that particular document.
Once the details have been filled out, you can simply select Save
Viewing a Document
To add a document, login to the platform using your username and password.
Select the Building Name on the left hand menu
Select Documents
Select the document you are wanting to view
You can also edit the visibility of the document or delete the document if it is no longer needed.
