Use the filters to refine your search:
Status: Choose between New, Current Residents and Past Residents.
Apartment/Unit Number: Search by specific unit or building.
Role Type: Filter by Tenant, Owner, or Occupant.
Click Apply Filters to view refined results.
Step 5: View Resident Details

Step 7: Edit or Update Resident Information (If Required)
If the resident is still active, you can update their details by clicking “Edit”.
If the resident has moved out but requires reactivation, you may have the option to reinstate their profile.
By following these steps, you can efficiently search for and manage both current and past residents in the RMS system.
