The Resident Management System (RMS) allows property managers to make amenity bookings on behalf of residents. This can be particularly useful when a resident is unavailable or requires assistance with the booking process. Follow these steps to book an amenity on behalf of a resident in the RMS system.
Step 1: Log in to the RMS System
Open a web browser and go to the RMS portal.
Enter your administrator username and password to log in.
Step 2: Navigate to the Amenity Booking Section
From the dashboard, locate and click on “Amenities” in the main navigation menu.
This section will show the available amenities within the building, along with their upcoming booking.
Step 3: Select the Amenity to Book
Browse the list of available amenities (e.g., pool, gym, conference room).
Select the amenity you want to book on behalf of the resident by selecting "View Booking"
Step 4: Assign the Booking to the Resident
Enter the resident’s apartment number and then select the resident to assign the booking.
Step 4: Choose the Date and Time
Choose the date and time for the amenity booking.
Check the amenity's availability to ensure there are no double bookings.

Step 6: Review the Booking Details
Review the booking details to ensure the information is accurate, including:

Resident details
Step 7: Confirm and Finalise the Booking
Once all details are correct, click “Next” to finalise the process.
A confirmation message will appear, and the booking will be added to the system.
Step 9: Monitor the Booking
You can view, modify, or delete the booking by going to the Amenity Bookings section.
Make sure to track the booking for any issues or updates.
