Viewing & Adding Closures to amenities

Using the Resident Management System allows you to add and review closures within the building amenities for such things like cleaning, maintenance or a building event.

  1. Simply login into your RMS system using your username and password

  2. On the left hand side column, click on the building name and select Amenities

  3. Scroll down to your desired amenity and select View Closures, here you can see the list of closure previously entered.

  4. To add a closure, simply select New Closure, choose a title and a closure type.

  5. You can then click the all day closures button if it will be across multiple days (EG: Pool maintenance) or you can just select the date, start time and end time and this will represent on the Resident app for the residents, so, they cannot book in over this closure.
