Procore Integration

Step 1: Log in to Procore as an Administrator.

Step 2: In the browser, click Apps > Marketplace, or navigate to App Management, and install Erin Living – Defect & Maintenance.

Step 3: Review the permissions required by the Erin App and click Install.

Step 4: A project selector will appear, allowing you to assign projects that the Erin App is authorised to access.

  • Select a project from the dropdown menu to add it.

  • Optionally, tick the checkbox to automatically authorise the Erin App for future projects.

  • Click Add.

Step 5: The Erin App should now be listed under App Management.

Step 6: Note the Company ID from the URL—it is the number just before /company/.

Step 7: Navigate to the Procore project you wish to integrate with Erin and note the Project ID—the number just before /project/.

Step 8: Open the Erin Living Dashboard and go to Settings > Procore Integration.

Step 9: Enter the Company ID and Project ID collected in the previous steps, then click Save.
