Additional Questions and Answers

"What happens if my trial ends and I haven't paid for a subscription plan?"
If your trial ends and you still haven't upgraded to one of our paid plans your account will be frozen. As soon as you decide to continue using Restaurant Manager by Eat your account will be reactivated.

"Can I upgrade my plan during my free trial?"
Yes. At any point during your trial you can choose to upgrade your plan to avoid losing your restaurant data once your trial is up.

"Will I be charged automatically after the 30 day free trial?"
No you will not be automatically charged after your trial ends, but your account will be frozen until you have subscribed to one of our paid plans.

"How can I cancel my account?"
In the event you want to cancel your account, all you have to do is send a message to our in app 24/7 support. You will then be able to use Restaurant Manager by Eat until your billing cycle ends. Keep in mind, we do have a 30 day notice policy on subscription cancellations.

"What does 'Eat App network' mean?"
The Eat Network is our consumer reservation platform operating across the Middle East. Restaurants located in any of these countries gain access to our diner and reservation platform on both the Free and Pro plans.

"What is the TripAdvisor button?"
Through Eat restaurants can activate the yellow 'find a table' button on their TripAdvisor profile. This gives guests the ability to see real time table availability and book directly with your restaurant. Restrictions apply. Not available in USA or Canada.
