What are Sub Listings?
Sub Listings allow you to showcase distinct private spaces or unique areas within your venue. By creating dedicated Sub Listings, you provide potential clients with detailed information about each space, including capacity, ambiance, amenities, and customization options. This feature is ideal for venues with multiple booking areas, such as private rooms or event spaces.
How to Create a Sub Listing
Follow these steps to create a Sub-Listing for your venue:
Log in to your RestauRent account.
Click Edit Venues in your dashboard.
Locate the venue where you want to add a Sub Listing and select View Venue.
On the View Venue page, click Add Sub Listing (located below your venue’s photos).
Complete the required details for the Sub Listing.
When finished, click Submit.
Repeat these steps for each additional Sub Listing.
Review Process for Sub Listings
After submission, each Sub Listing will initially be saved as a draft. Venue Users will receive a notification that a Sub Listing has been created and is under review. Our Onboarding Team will review your Sub Listing before it goes live and notify you via email.
Editing a Sub-Listing
You can edit a Sub Listing once its live. To edit a Sub Listing follow these steps:
Log in to your RestauRent account.
Go to Edit Venues in your dashboard.
Locate the venue where your Sub-Listing is housed and select View Venue.
On the View Venue page, scroll down to find your Sub-Listing.
Click the Edit button. This will open a pop-up window where you can update all details in the Sub-Listing.
After making your edits, click Submit to save the changes.
