What is the RestauRent Calendar?

The RestauRent Calendar offers an easy way to view all your booking requests. To access your calendar, log in to your RestauRent for Venues account and select Calendar from the navigation menu on the left side.

Key Features of the Calendar:

  1. View and Access All Booking Requests

  2. Search for Specific Booking Requests

  3. Add Events Manually

Viewing and Accessing Booking Requests

The RestauRent Calendar displays all booking requests submitted through RestauRent, organized by event date, title, and time. Each request is color-coded based on its current status, helping you quickly identify events that may need action.

Status & Color Codes

  • Need to Review: Purple

  • In Contact: Yellow

  • Approved: Green

  • Declined: Red

When you click on a booking request, a pop-up appears with detailed information about that request. To view or make changes, select Open Details on the booking popover card. This takes you to the View Details page, where you can update the booking status and make other adjustments as needed.

Searching for Booking Requests

You can use the search bar in the calendar to locate specific booking requests by entering various search criteria such as:

  • Booking Title

  • Details in the Description

  • Event Type

  • Status

  • Booker’s Name

  • Booker’s Email

Simply type in any relevant keywords, and the calendar will display matching results for easy access.

Adding an Event to the Calendar

If a Booker has messaged your venue and the interaction results in an event, you can manually add it to your RestauRent Calendar to help keep track of all events in one place. To add an event to your calendar:

  1. Log In to your RestauRent account.

  2. Navigate to Calendar.

  3. Click Add Event.

  4. Fill in the required details and select Submit.

Once submitted, an email notification will be sent to the booker’s email associated with the booking request, informing them that an event has been created and its status is either In Contact or Approved.
