The RestauRent Dashboard gives you a quick view of your Bookings, and Messages.

What is the RestauRent Dashboard?

The RestauRent Dashboard is your home base for managing your bookings, messages, and accessing key tools to run your venue's private event business. You can navigate to different pages using the menu on the left-hand side.

🗂️ Booking Request Overview

At the top of your Dashboard, you'll see a quick overview of your booking requests based on their current status:

  • New Requests to Review → Inquiries that are marked as "Need to Review"

  • Pending Requests to Manage → Inquiries you’ve responded to, marked as "In Contact"

  • Upcoming Events → Approved booking requests with confirmed event dates

This breakdown helps you quickly identify what needs action, what’s in progress, and what’s already confirmed.


📝 Recent Booking Requests

Your most recent bookings are also displayed on your Dashboard.

  • Click Handle Request next to any booking to open the full request, message the booker, or update the status.

  • You can also view all inquiries by selecting the Events tab and clicking Booking Requests.


💬 Recent Messages

Recent messages are shown right on your Dashboard so you can stay up to date with inquiries and conversations.

  • Click Message to open the booking thread and reply directly.


On the left hand side is your Navigation Bar, here you can access:

  1. Events

    • Booking Requests

      • View and manage all booking inquiries.

    • Local Leads

      • Submit proposals to event leads in your area actively looking for private event spaces.

    • Calendar

      • View your booking activity in a calendar layout for better planning.

  2. My Venue

    • Listing/Profile

      • View and edit your Venue Listing.

    • Reviews

      • Invite past guests to leave reviews and manage existing ones (including removal requests).

    • AI Event Manager

    • Analytics

  3. Integrations

    • Website

      • Add your listing or embed a booking form on your own website.

    • TripleSeat

      • Connect your TripleSeat account so that booking requests sync directly into Tripleseat.

  4. Settings

    • My Profile

      • Update your name, email, phone number, or password.

    • Sub Users/Team Members

      • Add or manage team members on your account.

    • Billing & Subscription Management

      • Manage payment methods, view invoices, or update your subscription.

    • Help Center & Support

      • Browse help articles or contact the RestauRent support team for assistance.
