Embedding a RestauRent booking form directly onto your site.
Many venues add a "Private Events" button to their navigation bar that links directly to their RestauRent listing. Others create a dedicated page to share details about hosting private events, with a call-to-action button directing potential bookers to their RestauRent listing. Alternatively, you can embed a RestauRent booking form on your website, allowing users to submit inquiries without leaving your site.
By integrating your RestauRent listing, you can capture more booking inquiries, enhance your website's functionality, and streamline the booking process for potential clients.
Why Integrating Matters
Integrating your RestauRent listing helps potential clients discover everything your venue has to offer. With the ability to add sublistings for different rooms, highlight key amenities like AV equipment or catering, and showcase high-quality photos, you can bring your space to life for bookers.
This seamless integration ensures all booking inquiries are directed to your RestauRent account, keeping leads organized in one place and allowing you to respond quickly. By showcasing your venue's full potential and making it easy for clients to inquire, integration boosts your visibility, drives more bookings, and enhances your brand’s presence online.
Two Easy Ways to Integrate
You have two options for integrating your listing on your website. Both options function similarly but provide different visual experiences:
1. Hyperlink to Your RestauRent Listing
This option allows you to add a direct link to your RestauRent listing in any button or call-to-action (CTA) on your website. When potential bookers click the link, they’ll be taken directly to your listing, where they can explore your venue details and submit booking inquiries.
How to do it:
Log in to your RestauRent account.
Select Integrations from the left hand side and click Website.
On this page you will find two integration options: A direct link to your RestauRent Listing and a Booking form.
Direct link: for this integration option you will be required to add a Private Event button to your website and hyperlink it to your Listing.
Booking Form: for this option you will need to add the embedded booking form to the Private Event page on your website.
Scroll down and click the Get Link/Embed Code button, this will take you to a new page where you will see two options:
Direct Profile Link
Booking Form Embed Code
Add either options to your website. For example, you can use a Private Events button that links to your listing or embed the booking form.

2. Embedded Form on Your Website
For a seamless, branded experience, you can embed a booking form directly on your website. This allows potential bookers to submit requests without leaving your site, blending perfectly with your website’s design. (See an example with Troop PVD’s Event Form).
How to do it:
Email support@restaurent.com to request your personalized embed code.
Insert the embed code into your website using your web editor, or ask your web developer for assistance.
Both methods ensure that you receive notifications whenever someone submits a request, with emails sent to the venue users associated with your listing.
