How do I add additional venues to my account?

To add more venues to your RestauRent account, please reach out to our Customer Success Team. You can contact us via email at support@restaurent.com.


Can I block off certain days so Bookers cannot submit a booking request?

Currently, there is no option to block off specific dates or times from booking requests. If you receive a booking request during an unavailable time, we recommend reaching out to the Booker to suggest alternative dates or times.


How do I report a spam message or booking request?

If you receive a suspicious message or booking request, please notify us by emailing support@restaurent.com.
