What is a Message?
Messaging allows you to contact a venue without submitting a booking request. Use this feature to ask questions or request additional information.
How to Message a Venue
To send a message to a venue:
Log in to your RestauRent account.
Search for venues. Learn more about searching for venues.
Click the View Venue button to open the venue’s details page.
Click the Message Venue button on the venue details page.
Type your message in the text box.
Click Send Message.
Where Can I View My Messages?
Log in to your RestauRent account.
Click the Messages tab.
To view a conversation, click View Message next to the thread you want to open. You’ll see the full history of the conversation.
To respond, click Add Message, type your reply, and click Submit.
How Will a Venue Contact Me?
When you submit a booking request or message, RestauRent shares the email and phone number associated with your account. Venues may contact you via:
Email
Phone
RestauRent messaging
If a venue contacts you through RestauRent, you’ll receive an email notification from hello@restaurent.com.
