What is a Booking Request?
A booking request is a way to express interest in booking a venue. Submitting a booking request does not confirm your booking. After you submit the request, the venue will contact you to discuss further details.
How to Submit a Booking Request
Follow these steps to submit a booking request:
Log in to your RestauRent account.
Search for venues. Learn more about searching for venues.
Click the View Venue button to open the venue’s details page.
Click the Rent Venue button.
Fill out all required fields in the booking form.
Click Submit Booking.
Once submitted:
You’ll receive an email confirmation from hello@restaurent.com with the subject line: New Booking Request Confirmation.
The venue will review your request and contact you.
Where Can I View My Booking Requests?
Log in to your RestauRent account.
Click the Booking Requests tab.
You’ll see all your submitted requests and their statuses.
To view a specific request, click View Details. On this page, you can:
See the details you submitted.
Message the venue.
Cancel the request.
Accepting Payments for Bookings
RestauRent is here to help you connect with venues that are perfect for your event. While we streamline the process of finding and facilitating bookings, we do not process payments directly. Instead, we pass your booking request to the venue, allowing them to handle payments and finalize details according to their own policies.
How Will a Venue Contact Me?
When you submit a booking request or message, RestauRent shares the email and phone number associated with your account. Venues may contact you via:
Email
Phone
RestauRent messaging
If a venue contacts you through RestauRent, you’ll receive an email notification from hello@restaurent.com.
