If your venue already uses Perfect Venue to manage private event inquiries, proposals, and payments, you can connect it directly to RestauRent. This way, all the new leads you get from RestauRent will automatically flow into your Perfect Venue account — keeping everything in one place and running smoothly.
👉 If you don’t use Perfect Venue, no worries! RestauRent already comes with all the tools you need to manage event leads directly on our platform. This integration is just an added convenience for venues who prefer to keep working inside Perfect Venue.
Steps to Connect:
In your RestauRent nav bar, click Integrations.
Select Perfect Venue.
Click the Connect Perfect Venue button.
If you’re not already logged into your Perfect Venue account, you’ll be prompted to log in.
Click Allow when asked to approve the connection.
You’re all set! 🎉 You’ll know the integration is active when you see Active with a ✅ green checkmark next to Perfect Venue in RestauRent.
In order for the Perfect Venue integration to work, your venue names on RestauRent must match exactly with how they are listed in Perfect Venue.If your venue names are currently inconsistent or not the same, please let us know how your venue is listed in Perfect Venue and we’ll update it on RestauRent to match.
