Connect your RestauRent account to TripleSeat to automatically send new event inquiries directly into your TripleSeat account.
Once connected, new RestauRent leads will appear in TripleSeat automatically, helping eliminate manual lead entry while keeping any existing TripleSeat workflows running normally.
Before You Start
You will need:
Access to your RestauRent account
Access to your TripleSeat account
Admin or settings access inside TripleSeat
The setup process usually takes about 10 minutes.

Step 1: Add RestauRent as a Lead Source in TripleSeat
Log into your TripleSeat account
Go to: Settings → Preferences → Dropdowns → Lead Sources
Add a new lead source named: RestauRent
Click Update
Once saved, you should see RestauRent listed in your Lead Sources.

Step 2: Copy Your TripleSeat Credentials Into RestauRent
In TripleSeat, go to:
Settings → Resources → TripleSeat API & Webhooks
You may be prompted to complete two-factor authentication before accessing this page.
Find Your Lead Source ID
Under the API section, click the text labeled:
Lead Source TitleA new page will open
Use:
Command + F (Mac) or Control + F (Windows)Search for:
RestauRentLocate the numeric ID to the left of the RestauRent lead source
Example:
126529
Copy this number.
Find Your Public API Key
On the same API & Webhooks page, locate your:
Public API Key
This will appear as a long string of letters and numbers.
Save Both Values in RestauRent
Inside your RestauRent TripleSeat Integration settings:
Paste your Lead Source ID
Paste your Public API Key
Click Save
This creates the main connection between your RestauRent and TripleSeat accounts.
Step 3: Add TripleSeat Location IDs to Your Venues
Each RestauRent venue should be connected to the correct TripleSeat Location ID so leads are routed to the proper location.
Find a TripleSeat Location ID
In TripleSeat, go to:
Settings → Locations
Select a location
Click Edit Details
Look at the URL of the page
You will see a URL structure similar to:
Settings / Locations / 27560 / Edit
The number in the URL is the Location ID.
Example:
27560
Copy this number.
Save the Location ID in RestauRent
Return to your RestauRent Integration page
Click Update ID next to the matching venue
Paste the TripleSeat Location ID
Click Update
Repeat this process for each venue location.
Managing Multiple Locations
If you manage many locations (10+), manually finding each Location ID may take some time.
In that case, you may want to contact your TripleSeat representative and ask them to export a list of your Location IDs for you.
After Setup
Once setup is complete:
New RestauRent event inquiries will automatically appear in TripleSeat
Leads will be tagged with the RestauRent lead source
Existing TripleSeat workflows can continue running normally
