Why link your sites?

  • Build trust by showing which organizations are involved in your project

  • Share private sites with specific partners while keeping them hidden from others

  • Collaborate on updates by giving partners permission to add photos and manage site details

  • Enable reporting so partners with Restor Insights can include your site data in their reports

How to link a site

First time only: Add your partners

  1. Log into your Restor account, click on the person icon in the top right and select My overview and click Edit organization

  2. Select Partner organizations from the sidebar

  3. Search for and add each partner organization you work with

  4. Click Close in the top right to return to your homepage

You only need to do this once—your partners will be saved for future use.

Link a site to your partners

  1. Click the person icon in the top right and select My sites

  2. Find the site you want to share and click the pencil icon to edit it

  3. Go to Linked organization and select which partners can access this site

  4. Choose their permission level:

    • Viewer — they can see the site and its data

    • Editor — they can also upload photos and edit site details

  5. Click "Link Organization"

Important: You'll need to repeat these steps for each site you want to share. Partners can only see sites you've specifically linked to them—all other private sites remain hidden.
