Navigating the Monthly Closeout Alerts Page

This guide is an overview of how to effectively navigate the Monthly Closeout Alerts page, making it easier to manage and resolve alerts.

1. Navigate to the Monthly Closeout Alerts tab

2. Filter by Monthly OR Weekly Alerts

3. Filter by Month or Year to See Historical Closeout Alert Data

4. See Cycle Dates, Number of Alerts with Types of Alerts, & Closeout Status

5. Click on the arrow under the Action column of the list to see detailed view of Alerts for the given time period.

6. See a visual summary at the top of the Closeout Alerts dashboard.

7. Filter this Dashboard by Error or Warning

Tip: To remove a filter, open the dropdown menu and click the selected filter again to uncheck it.

8. Search Alerts by typing in the text box below.

9. Remember to check your filters if you are unable to find a specific alert!

10. Hover over the LINK icon in the Action Column and click "Go to Episode of Care" to resolve the Alert.

Tip! Our engineers are currently working on the feature to export and print Monthly Close Out Alerts. In the meantime, here’s a handy workaround to track and share outstanding alerts with your team:

  1. Scroll to the bottom of the page

  2. Set the rows per page to the max (60).

  3. Copy the table info and paste it into a Google Sheet or Excel sheet.

Quick Note: The last row might have a black highlight, but you can easily remove it by highlighting the row and clearing the highlight.
