Directors of Rehabilitation (DORs) can easily add notes directly in the scheduling system. These notes will appear on both the therapist’s dashboard and the printed schedule to keep everyone informed.

Where Can You Add Notes?

  1. Pre-Assignment via the Patient List:

    • Before assigning a patient to a task, you can add a note to communicate important details for future therapy sessions. This allows you to set the stage for upcoming appointments, so your team is prepared in advance.

  2. Post-Assignment via the Therapist's Cards:

    • Once a patient is assigned, you can still add notes to the therapist's cards. This provides additional context and updates that the therapist can review before starting the session.

Where Will the Notes Appear?

  • On the Therapist’s Dashboard: The notes will show up as a notification in the “Today’s Patient” section. A purple dot will appear next to the task. By clicking on the task the patient card will pull out and you can see the Note from the DOR

  • On the Printed Schedule: Notes will appear under the “Precautions and Notes” section of the printed schedule, so therapists can reference them before seeing the patient.

Additional Notes:

  • The notes you add are specific to the task at hand, whether it's an evaluation or treatment session. This keeps the information relevant and clear.
