How It Works:
IMPORTANT: The following steps must be completed in order. If you follow these steps out of sequence, the interactive-AI prefill tool will not populate the Medical History tab as intended.
Navigate to the patient's current Episode of Care (EOC).
Use the
+Attach New Documentbutton within the Miscellaneous section to import select PDFs to a patient’s EOC.Note: You can upload up to 10 files per import.
⏱️ Wait approximately 5 minutes before starting the Evaluation.
Open your Evaluation (PT, OT, or ST) and navigate to the Medical History tab.
Click the
Prefill with AIbutton to auto-populate the fields with information from the imported PDFs.Validate the information: the pre-filled details are marked with a sparkle icon ✨.
Click this icon [✨] to view the original source document and the exact paragraph from which the information was sourced. This gives you the power to verify and trace any pre-filled content with confidence.
Review, edit, or delete any pre-filled content as needed.
Deleted fields can be brought back using the “restore” button.
Note: If no documents were uploaded to the Miscellaneous tab, the pre-fill option will not appear.
