Objective Assessment Overview

All sections appear on the left side of the screen, giving you a clear view of progress and allowing you to move between areas without scrolling through long forms.

Required questions are clearly marked so nothing gets missed before completing the assessment.

Response options now display as clickable buttons, replacing the old drop-down lists. This makes it faster to select levels and easier to compare prior and current performance side by side.

You can now view and manage multiple assessments at once on a single page.
The previous “plus widget” has been removed—therapists can add and view all assessments together in one place for clearer visibility.

Each button uses GG terminology to ensure consistency with MDS reporting.
If you prefer therapy terms, hover over the GG item to see the equivalent therapy language for context.

A dedicated Mobility Devices tab helps therapists document the equipment and supports used during mobility tasks.

This section aligns assessments with GG reporting standards and includes new questions related to device use, wheelchair mobility, and range-of-motion or strength activities.
