Step 1: Accessing Labor Management

Step 2: Adding Labor Data

In the lower left-hand corner of the Labor Hour Management interface, find the +Add button. Click on this button to initiate the process of adding new labor data.

Step 3: Select Therapist

Choose the specific therapist to enter labor data. Ensure you select the correct therapist from the list. Note: You will see a warning if an individual has hours for the day.

Step 4: Choose Labor/Location Type

A dropdown menu will appear, allowing you to select the Location Type. Choose the appropriate category that corresponds to the labor data you are entering.

Entering Labor Data for "Building" or "Drive"

  • If you select "Building" or "Drive" as the Location Type, you must input both Clock-in and Clock-out times. The total hours worked will be automatically calculated and displayed at the bottom of the data entry form. Remember not to input a future Clock-out time. Click the Save button in the pop-up box's lower left-hand corner to save the data.

Entering Labor Data for Location Type "Mileage"

  • If you've selected "Mileage" as the Location Type, enter the total miles traveled, rounding to the closest whole number. Review the entered information for accuracy and click the Save button to store the mileage data in the system.

Step 5: Review and Save

After entering all necessary labor data, take a moment to review the information for accuracy. Ensure that all entries are correct before saving the data. Once you've verified the information, click the Save button to store the labor data entered into the system.

By following these steps, you can efficiently input labor data into RESTORE-Insights EMR, facilitating better management of resources and operations within your rehabilitation facility.
