Export Clinical Documents from Patient Episodes of Care.

Follow this step-by-step guide for downloading documents per patient in RESTORE-Insights. Note, this is completed within the patient's Episode of Care (EOC).

  1. Search and Find the Patient.

  2. Select the Episode of Care.

  3. To enter Document Selection Mode click the three dots at the top right of the screen and select Download Files.

  4. Select the documents you want to download, Select All, or Download All.

    1. Note, in the Episode of Care expand your documents view to see 30 items; this will allow you to download more docs when bulk downloading the case. If there are more than 30 documents, you'll have to repeat the selection and download process on the next page.

  5. The documents will be downloaded as a zip file.

For Windows

*Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed to bulk-print. Download it for free at: https://get.adobe.com/reader/

  1. Open the Zip File on your computer.

  2. Select all the files in the Zip File and click "Extract All"

  3. Select the destination on your computer where to save the extracted files, and click "Extract."

  4. Open the extracted folder

  5. Select all documents

  6. Right-click and select "Show More Options."

  7. Select “Print”

Other troubleshooting tips:

  • If the documents don't print after clicking "Print," check that they are being sent to the correct printer.

For Mac Users

  1. Open the Zip File on your computer.

  2. Highlight all the documents you’d like to print.

  3. Click File at the top left of your screen, next to the Apple icon.

  4. Choose Print.

  5. Your files will immediately be sent to the printer connected to your computer.
