Go to the Patients Tab
Search and Find the Patient.
Select the Episode of Care.
To enter Document Selection Mode, select the three dots at the top right of the screen and select Download Files.
Select the documents you want to download, Select All, or Download All.
The documents will be downloaded as a zip file.
For Windows
*Adobe Acrobat Reader must be installed to bulk-print. Download it for free at: https://get.adobe.com/reader/
Open the Zip File on your computer.
Select all the files in the Zip File and click "Extract All"
Select the destination on your computer where to save the extracted files, and click "Extract."
Open the extracted folder
Select all documents
Right-click and select "Show More Options."
Select “Print”
If you cannot find the "Print" option, make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed (download for free https://get.adobe.com/reader/)
Other troubleshooting tips:
If the documents don't print after clicking "Print," check that they are being sent to the correct printer.
For Mac Users
Open the Zip File on your computer.
Highlight all the documents you’d like to print.
Click File at the top left of your screen, next to the Apple icon.
Choose Print.
Your files will immediately be sent to the printer connected to your computer.
