How to Start a Subscription
Open the RetouchMe app and go to the “Credits” section.
Select a subscription plan that suits your needs.
Complete the payment process through the App Store or Google Play.
How to Change Your Subscription in the App
Open the Credits Section
In the app, navigate to the "Credits" section from the main menu.
Here, you will see available subscription options.
Select a New Plan
Review the plans and choose the one that best suits your needs.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your subscription change.

App Store Users: When you activate a new subscription, the previous subscription is automatically canceled.
Google Play Users: Google Play allows multiple active subscriptions. Activating a new subscription does not cancel your previous one. You will need to manually cancel any subscriptions you no longer wish to keep.
Note: Payments, refunds, or subscription changes may take additional time to process, depending on the App Store or Google Play. If your payment status shows as 'Pending,' this is managed directly by the store. For further assistance, check your account or contact Apple Support or Google Support.
Important Notes About Changing Subscriptions
Credits Adjustment:
Unused credits from your current subscription are deducted before renewing or canceling.
Ensure you use your credits before making changes to avoid losing them.
Apple/Google Play Management:
Subscription changes are processed through your App Store or Google Play account.
Check your App Store or Google Play receipt for details on any prorated charges or refunds.
For Google Play users, be sure to manually cancel any unwanted subscriptions to avoid overlapping charges.
