📱 General information about RetouchMe

What is better: RetouchMe or AI editors?

  • RetouchMe stands out because it offers professional photo editing services real designers perform. While AI editors work well for basic tasks, they struggle with detailed edits that require a natural and realistic touch.

  • With RetouchMe, you can choose from over 250 services, ensuring your photos are edited with care and aesthetic precision, so no one can tell they’ve been retouched

Who can see my photos in the app?

Only professional designers working on your edits see the photos you send to RetouchMe. Your photos are not shared with third parties or any other services.

What to do if I can’t find the retouching service I need?

If none of the available retouching services match your needs, you can use the "Individual Retouch" service:

  1. Select a photo from the Gallery in the main menu.

  2. Tap the Photo button and scroll to the right to find "Individual Retouch."

  3. Be specific about your request so the designer can deliver the result you want.

This service costs 100 credits and cannot be combined with any other selected services for the photo.


⏱️ Order processing time

How long does it take to process a photo in RetouchMe?

  • The processing time for a photo depends on the complexity of the retouching services you choose and the current order queue. When designers have many assignments during peak times, the processing time may be longer.

  • Typically, most orders are completed within 15–30 minutes, unless particularly complex edits are required. With a subscription, your order is prioritized to minimize wait times.


💰 Pricing and credits

What is the retouching service/order cost?

  • The minimum retouching service costs 20 credits.

  • The total cost of your order is the sum of the retouching services you select for the photo or video you submit for editing.

Is the RetouchMe app paid or free?

  • The RetouchMe app is free to download, but photo editing services are chargeable. The price of each order depends on the retouching services you select.

  • To pay for services, the app uses an internal currency called "Credits." Purchase credits through Subscriptions or One-Time top-up packages.

  • You can also earn free credits by completing tasks in the "Earn Credits" section of the app.


📂 File format support

What photo formats can be uploaded in the app?

  • You can upload photo formats supported by your device’s default apps:

    • 🍏 iOS: Formats supported by the Photos app.

    • 🤖 Android: Formats supported by the Gallery app.

  • If your photo isn’t uploading, check its format and convert it to a common one like JPEG or PNG for seamless processing.

Can I upload PNG, TIFF, or RAW files to RetouchMe?

  • The RetouchMe app does not support PNG, TIFF, or RAW file uploads.

  • However, you can upload these formats to RetouchMe Pro, our web service for professional photographers.

  • RetouchMe Pro offers editing packages like "Portrait Retouching" and "Wedding Retouching," with photos typically edited within 24 hours.


⚠️ Order management and issues

I don't like the results. What should I do?

  • If you’re not satisfied with the results:

    • Pick the photo from the "Ready" section in the app,

    • Click the "Redo" button,

    • Describe what you’d like adjusted.

  • You can request a redo within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Be clear and specific about the changes you want to ensure the designer meets your expectations.

How to cancel an order?

  • Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an order once it has been submitted, even if you selected the wrong photo or changed your mind.

  • According to our Terms of Use, orders sent for retouching cannot be canceled by the Customer.

  • However, you can request to redo your order.

How can I request a refund?

  • Unfortunately, RetouchMe cannot issue refunds, as all transactions are managed entirely by the payment platform (that is, App Store or Google Play/Play Market).

  • To request a refund:

    • 🍏 iOS users should contact Apple Support.

    • 🤖 Android users should reach out to Google Play Support.
