Steps to transfer your account
Ensure you are registered in the app:
Registration is essential for transferring your account. Only data linked to your account, such as your balance, order history, and account information, can be transferred. If you’ve been using the app anonymously and create an account now, your previous data (including credits and orders) cannot be moved to the new account.
Log in on your new phone:
Download the RetouchMe app from the app store.
Open the app and log in using the same account credentials you used on your previous device.
Restore purchases:
Tap the "Restore Purchase" button in the Settings section of the Home screen.
This should sync your credits and subscription to your new device.
Important notes
Anonymous purchases:
Credits purchased without registration are not linked to your account and will not transfer automatically. Ensure your account is registered on your old device to retain your credits and order history when transferring to your new device.
Zero balance after logging in on a new device:
If your balance shows zero after logging in on your new device, try the following:
Remove the app from your new device.
Reinstall the app and log in again.
If the issue persists, contact support for assistance.
