To access Bulk Registration, we first must enter a program and then click on the Advanced tab. Here will find the Rentals section:
We can see from the image above that Alyssa Brown is the space-renter for this particular program. Clicking on our Remote Registrations link will bring us to the following dashboard:
From this dashboard we can quickly add registrations, move guests (via drag&drop), edit their information, and even move rooms into a different lodging type if there is a need.
To add a guest we click the Plus-sign next to the room we wish to assign the guest-to. This will bring up the information fields to be entered for the guest. Upon saving they will be registered and appear in the assigned room on the Bulk Reg dashboard. It is worth noting that none of the fields are required to create a guest, so only fill in the information you have or the information you require for the registration.
As mentioned above, if you need to move guests you can simply click and hold on the guest you want to move, and then drag them into a new room. If you move guests into a room that is associated with a different lodging-type or price, the price will automatically be updated to reflect this change for the guest.
And now we can see Tom is in his new room, with his lodging-price updated accordingly.
For editing or deleting a guest, it is as simple as clicking into their name and making the change(s) from there.
Finally, if you are short on rooms of a certain lodging type, and want to increase the capacity you have the ability to move rooms from one lodging-type to another (providing that the room is available and has that lodging type as a secondary option). You will find this capacity under "Move Rooms". For this example, we will move the Triple Room 9 into the Single Room lodging type.
And now we can see Room 9 showing up with our Single lodging-type rooms.
We hope this article has demonstrated the power and efficiency of the Bulk Registration feature, and it's possibilities when it comes to empowering teachers/space renters to effectively manage their retreats.
Thanks for stopping by! :)
