Uploading custom emojis is a key step in white-labeling your community. Each Returning.AI community offers 50 slots for static emojis and 50 slots for animated emojis. These slots allow you to provide your members with a more branded and interactive way to communicate.
To upload custom emojis:
Navigate to the Emoji tab in your Community Settings.
Click on 'Upload Emoji'.
Upload static emojis in image formats like .png or .jpg.
Upload animated emojis in .gif format.
Assign a unique alias to your emoji to make it easy to identify.
Once uploaded, your custom emojis will be accessible in the emoji menu. Community members can use them to react to messages or include them in their conversations, further enhancing the branded experience.
