Integrate Returnlogic with TryNow to better support your customers during their trial period and beyond.

Installing TryNow in ReturnLogic

We'll start in the Integrations page and install TryNow under the Available Integrations section.

The info you'll need to input on the ReturnLogic side is the Buy Zero Fee (a note, if this number is different than the one in TryNow, ReturnLogic's number will override).

Next, you'll head into Applications > Private to generate an API key for TryNow. Label the application TryNow and input the email address of the member of your team who handles the TryNow relationship.

Copy the resulting API key and head into TryNow.


Installing ReturnLogic in TryNow

  1. Access the Returns Section

    • Log in to the TryNow Merchant Portal.

    • Go to the Controls section and navigate to the Returns tab.

  2. Enter Your API Key

    • Click Add Integration

    • In the dropdown menu select Return Logic

    • Paste the API key you generated in ReturnLogic into the provided field in the Returns section.

  3. Customize Integration Settings

    • Adjust any other relevant settings as needed (e.g., preferences for restocking or capture delays).

  4. Save Your Changes

    • Click Save to finalize the integration. Updates from ReturnLogic will now appear in your Merchant Portal for relevant orders.


FAQs

When does the Buy Zero Fee get applied?

  • If all applicable items in an order are returned, the Buy Zero fee will be applied.
